TESTIMONIALS
This is what people had to say about the TLIM accreditation program:
The TLIM program has a robust foundation of evidence-based research. It offers a comprehensive toolkit, including a book and digital resources, designed for standalone use and seamless integration with your existing coaching materials. Various features elevate the TLIM experience including the small cohort size, focus on facilitation (not dictation), the relevance of the content for seasoned coaches, and the diversity of attendees. We had six coaches from four different countries. Dr Paul Lawrence’s approach is masterful. He introduces different facets, topics and viewpoints of team coaching, empowering participants to forge their unique team coaching style. The experience resembles a culinary masterclass, where Dr Paul Lawrence equips you with diverse ingredients, allowing you to craft your signature team coaching dish based on your preferred recipe.

Much gratitude and appreciation to Paul and TLIM. Evidence-based, flexible, scalable, system with vetted frameworks and tools that has already proven invaluable with two federal executive teams and two international corporate leadership teams. I am also happy to be a part of the growing TLIM Global Network! Thank you Paul!

A brilliant program. Can’t recommend it highly enough, very practical whilst being underpinned by some very robust research and theoretical constructs. Paul has a gift to translate highly complex stuff into easily useable stuff ! And it’s great to work with and learn from other coaches too. If you get the opportunity to participate in this course, grab it with both hands. You won’t be disappointed.

Its been more than 23 years since I started coaching teams and yet, as you would expect, I am still in the learning seat, trying to help teams decipher the complex challenges of collective leadership in today’s environment. It is no easy feat! Within this context I embarked on the Team Leader Instruction Manual (TLIM) accreditation journey, not knowing what to expect but at the same time, fully expecting to grow through the evidence-based approach that Dr Paul Lawrence has curated. I am still reflecting on the many levels of learnings from the program! The TLIM journey is emergent and multi-layered and perhaps most importantly, adaptable to any team coaching scenario that you may be facing. The program is full of interactive exercises, hand-picked models, and fresh perspectives which open up new avenues of inquiry to enable teams to lead together well. The emergent nature of the program – where every participant runs a topic – also creates a shared learning environment full of different voices and team coaching styles. Wonderful! I highly recommend the TLIM accreditation program to any team coach (internal or external to organisations) wanting to deepen their insight into how to be of best service to the teams they engage with.
