At the heart of your program will sit the TCCL.  TCCL stands for Team Coaching Companion for Leaders. The TCCL is our key resource for leaders seeking to become better at team coaching. In crafting an intervention to enhance the capacity of your leaders to coach teams, we recommend you provide every leader with their own TCCL. The TCCL has been written especially for leaders with guidance from internal OD leaders. The TCCL is easy to read, full of cool ideas and practical exercises. It comes with more then 20 online supporting resources and an AI coaching companion that directs leaders to the material they need – fast.
