If you are a coach looking to enhance your abilities as team coach, then we invite you to participate in the TCC program. There are now around 100 team coaches  in our community, a diverse mix of coaches from 18 countries and five continents. Each coach has their own personal approach to doing the work and is committed to growing with and through others.

Alumni also get ten free bMaps licences – check out this tool designed to help you working with team dynamics and managing conflict.

You will also have the opportunity to gain fast-track accreditation with the EMCC. Fast-track means no paperwork and your accreditation in hand usually within a week.
