
Mark Rosenberg is an accredited executive and team coach and mediator with extensive experience as a senior manager and lawyer. As well as team coaching, Mark has sat on the Advisory Board for the Mediation Training Institute at Eckerd College (USA) and regularly acts as a mediator for the Office of the Franchising Mediation Advisor. Dr Suzi Skinner is Managing Director of Roar People, a boutique consultancy in Sydney Australia. She has authored two books, ‘Build Your Leader Identity‘ and ‘The Wise Leader‘. She is published in several peer-reviewed academic journals. Suva Chattopadhay is a coach, team coach, coach supervisor, facilitator, and leadership development consultant. Marsha Acker is co-Founder & CEO of Elevate Dialogue and Founder & CEO of TeamCatapult. Ajay Kelkar has 30 years experience in leadership, driving marketing at HDFC Bank, helping scale Shopper’s Stop, and co-founding Hansa Cequity, a pioneering analytics firm that grew from three people to 800. Those years taught him how to build, scale, and lead, insights that form the basis of his approach to now coaching leaders, CXOs and business founders. Ajay works with leaders at moments of transition: A CXO stepping into enterprise leadership; a founder moving from hustle and instinct to building a team that can scale; a senior leader learning to let go of control and lead through trust.
