TEAMING FOR SUCCESS

The Teaming for Success program is designed to help your leaders develop the confidence and capability to lead their teams to new levels of achievement. To lead a team well is hard.

Few leadership programs help leaders to understand how effective teams work and how to improve their functioning. Through our research we identified 14 aspects of outstanding team effectiveness, including great communication, aligning teams around common goals and common ways of working, building trust, addressing conflict, managing team dynamics, working with diversity, selecting the right people, effective onboarding and exiting, working effectively with external stakeholders and building great hybrid teams.

We can run a whole program for your leaders, covering every aspect of becoming a great team leader, or we can tailor a program to your needs, focussing on those aspects your leaders need to get better at now. We stage our programs in 3 hour sessions, coming together every few weeks, as participants put learnings into practice in between sessions working with their copy of the Team Leader Instruction Manual (TLIM).

We can also design and implement an evaluation process for you, so you can measure the impact of your leader’s new behaviours on the functioning of your organisation and its success in achieving business outcomes.
