Crafting a Personal Approach to Team Coaching

Published in March 2025, the Wise Team Coach will enable you to craft your own personal approach to team coaching, one that will help you go about doing your work with enhanced clarity and confidence. In chapters 1 and 2 we challenge the industry’s overemphasis on team coaching competencies and outline the 3Ps, a framework for constructing your own approach to being a great team coach. In chapter 3 we detail 10 debates taking place in the world of team coaching today, and in chapter 4 describe where we think the three big global coaching associations sit with regard to those debates. In chapters 5, 6, and 7 we take you through the 3Ps, helping you to define who you are as a team coach, and in chapter 8 we provide guidance on finding the right team coaching supervisor.
