The TLIM

TLIM stands for Team Leader Instruction Manual. Every program participants receives their own TLIM which comes with more than 30 supporting resources – readings, games, and activities, and 10 free bMaps licences.  The TLIM is based on five years research from which we identified 14 key aspects of team effectiveness. The TLIM presents two or three key ideas for each of these themes, translated into 100% practical exercises.

We refer to the TLIM as we proceed through the Teaming for Success program, ensuring participants gain the confidence and capability to implement the activities in between sessions. The TLIM enables us to ensure that participants leave the Teaming for Success not only with a conceptual understanding of what it means to lead teams well, but having put ideas into practice successfully.

For those interested, completion of the program enables participants to gain fast-track accreditation as a team coach with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). Participants also have access to our ongoing speaker series, where expert team coaches (both internal and external) share their experiences and approaches.
