For organisations we offer our Teaming for Success program. The Teaming for Success program is based on five years meta-research where we identified the 14 key components of effective teaming. Participants on the Teaming for Success program all receive a copy of the Team Leader Instruction Manual (TLIM) as a key resource, which contains all they need to get to work with their teams in between sessions and after the program.
